① Frequently Asked Questions: I'm 50 years old, can I learn?

​ Answer: Of course! Our studio students are in their 30s and 60s. Mostly people aged 40 to 50. Some people start at the age of 60.

② Frequently Asked Questions: I'm new to dance, is that okay?

Answer: Yes. of course. Most of the people who come to our studio to learn are beginners of dance. Very rarely, experienced people can come, but salsa and bachata can be danced without worrying even if they are together.

③ Frequently Asked Questions: What kind of dance is salsa?

Answer: Basically, it is a dance in which men and women dance in pairs. In some gyms, you may do styling by dancing alone instead of pairing as an exercise.

③ Will it solve the lack of exercise?

Answer: Yes! Salsa and Bachata can be called walking dances. If you just walk, it's walking, but since it's a dance, you can expect the effect of training the inner muscles such as the trunk, transversus abdominis, gluteus maximus, and adduction muscles by moving with the music.

④ Is there a diet effect?

​ Answer: There are individual differences in diet, but "the waist is tight", "the weight hasn't changed, but I've been asked if I've lost weight", "height has increased" We have received opinions such as "ta" and "thin".
